What we offer
The Overlook is a sustainable guest house in Keimoes, where guests can make the most of its infinity pool, garden and barbecue facilities. This guest house provides free private parking and free WiFi.
Terrace with amazing views
The guest house provides guests with a balcony, mountain views, a seating area, satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave and a toaster, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. At the guest house, all units have bed linen and towels.
Meals
Full English breakfast options with warm dishes. At The Overlook lunch and dinner must please be booked 24 hours in advance.

Our Room Rates
Our three chalets are open planned with kitchenettes, en-suite shower rooms and “lekker stoepe”. They are equipped for two people each.
Our rates are as follows:
Unit 1 – 2 x Single Beds – R 950.00/night from Sunday to Thursday. R 1050.00/night from Friday to Saturday
Unit 2 – 1 x Double Bed – R 950.00/night from Sunday to Thursday. R 1050.00/night from Friday to Saturday
Unit 3 – 1 x Double Bed – R 950.00/night from Sunday to Thursday. R 1050.00/night from Friday to Saturday
Cancellation Policy
Our cancelation policy is as follows, where cancellation occurs.
On arrival or during the stay – the full payment due for the entire booking may be charged.
1 – 14 days before arrival – 100% of the payment due for the entire booking may be charged.
15 – 28 days before arrival – 50% of the payment due for the entire booking may be charged.
Check-in Time
Check in time is any time after 2:00 PM, and check-out time is by 10AM.
